The long days of summer and easy and free fashion has come to an end, but as fall grows near, we welcome the color shift and chilly days with open arms. 

Every season brings its key fashion and fall is one of almost everyone’s favorites. The biggest top five Fall 2022 trends have much to offer as we move from swimsuits and sundresses to chunky loafers and oversized sweatshirts. 

The outdoors in the fall is full of color and our wardrobe is no different. The most notable colors for fall are neutrals: tans, browns, whites and reds. For fall 2022, clogs, sweaters and the inspiration of Harley Davidson apparel will be present in fashion and on social media.

Mini Skirt 

Mini skirts have been around since the early 60s. Mini skirts became popular because men during this time would dictate what women would wear, so women decided that it was their clothes and they could express themselves freely. That’s how mini skirts became a thing. Celebrities such as Bella Hadid, Dua Lipa and Rihanna wear mini skirts with sweaters and statement boots. Brands like Versace, Miu Miu, and Valentino have debuted mini skirts in the ready-to-wear runway shows. You can find Mini skirts in stores like Zara, Nordstrom and Pretty Little Things. 

Oversized Loafer 

Loafers are like men’s oxford shoes without laces. Some come platformed with others that are much simpler. You can pair them with long white socks with lace trim. Luxury brands have them like Gucci, Coach, and Prada You can find loafers in H&M, Forever 21 or Urban outfitters. 

Sweater vest  

Sweater vests are knitted vests you wear as a style or to keep warm. You can style them with a basic shirt or a collared skirt. There are different kinds of sweater vests like cropped, buttoned and oversized. You can find these in Zara, H&M, Banana Republic and J.Crew.  

Denim Jeans 

Demin jeans are essential to most outfits. There are skinny, wide-legged, flared and high-rise jeans. In fall, the most common style of jeans worn is a high rise, cargo, wide-legged and flared. You can wear black, white, neutral or regular denim. People pair them with boots or loafers with Nike white socks. You can find Jeans in Zara, H&M, PacSun, Urban Outfitters, Express, Windsor and Garage.
